All US purchases will receive FREE standard shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping will be charged according to current rates.

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase simply return the unused portion within 30 days and we will remit your account for the full amount of purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for any other AVA PRO product. We recommend that your return or exchange be sent via insured parcel post for your protection. Please include the original invoice circling the item(s) being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange. Regrettably, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please understand that returns and exchanges can only be from purchases made from our online store. If you purchased an AVA PRO item from another retailer, only their return and exchange policy will apply.
